Switch it on
If you are an owner or manager, turn on TrueCar under Settings, Marketplaces. Nobody else can.
Tell your TrueCar contact
Let your contact know that AutoDealer.io provides your inventory. Once TrueCar has set you up, your cars are listed automatically.
Your dealer agreement, and anything you buy under it, is with TrueCar. TrueCar keeps its own program rules and decides what appears on its site, and the leads from your listings come from TrueCar. Questions TrueCar dealers ask
Can a TrueCar dealer use AutoDealer.io?
Yes. If your dealership is in the TrueCar network, turn on the integration under Settings, Marketplaces and tell your TrueCar contact that AutoDealer.io provides your inventory. Once TrueCar has set you up, the cars you publish are listed automatically.
Is the TrueCar integration included in my plan?
Yes, in every AutoDealer.io plan. Your dealer agreement, and anything you pay under it, is between you and TrueCar.
Does TrueCar get my deals or customers through AutoDealer.io?
No. The integration carries the cars you publish, never your deals or your customers. Anything else TrueCar's program asks of a dealer is between you and TrueCar.
Do I have to be in the TrueCar network?
Yes. TrueCar lists cars for the dealers in its network, and joining takes a dealer agreement of your own, arranged with TrueCar. We cannot do that part for you.
