Build to the out-the-door number, every time
The desk works the deal in the right order — selling price, trade-in, fees, tax, title and registration — so the out-the-door total and the payment are accurate and consistent. Taxing the wrong base is the most expensive desking mistake; the engine handles the trade-in tax credit per your state.
- Selling price → trade-in → doc fee → tax → title/reg → OTD
- Trade-in sales-tax credit applied where the state allows it
- Monthly payment from amount financed, term, and rate
- Cash, finance, wholesale, and in-house deal types
Finance terms, products, and signatures in one flow
Set the financing terms, add the F&I products, and move straight to signing. In-house e-signature works in the store or over a remote link, and the state forms fill themselves from the deal you just built.
- Finance terms + F&I products on the deal
- In-house e-signature: in-store or remote link
- State forms auto-filled from the deal
- Co-buyers and trade-in carried through to delivery
The checks run inside the deal, not after it
Compliance happens where the deal happens: OFAC sanctions screening, a Red Flags identity checklist, and FTC notices are part of the close — with a full audit log and document storage behind every step.
- OFAC / SDN screening on the deal
- Red Flags ID verification checklist
- FTC notices captured at the right step
- Full audit log + document storage
Dealer F&I & desking software FAQ
What the F&I and desking tools do — and what they don’t.
What F&I and desking tools are included?
A guided deal flow desks the numbers and handles the F&I steps: selling price, trade-in (with the trade-in sales-tax credit where your state allows it), doc and government fees, sales tax, the out-the-door total, and the monthly payment — plus finance terms, F&I products, in-house e-signature, and auto-filled state forms. The F&I tools are part of the platform, not a separate product.
Does it calculate the out-the-door (OTD) price?
Yes. The deal builds to the out-the-door number — selling price, trade-in, doc fee, sales tax on the correct taxable base, and title and registration — then turns it into amount financed, term, and a monthly payment. The math runs as you desk, so you stop rebuilding it on a calculator.
Can it handle cash, finance, wholesale, and in-house deals?
Yes. The deal wizard handles cash, outside-financed, wholesale, and in-house (Buy Here Pay Here) deals, carrying co-buyers, the trade-in, and the finance terms through to delivery.
Does it e-sign documents and generate the forms?
Yes. In-house e-signature works in-store or with a remote signing link, and state forms are auto-filled from the deal so the paperwork is ready to sign. It is your own e-sign — there is no separate signing vendor to pay.
Does it submit credit applications to lenders or pull credit bureaus?
No. AutoDealer.io structures the financing and the F&I products on the deal and produces the paperwork; it does not submit credit applications to a lender network or pull credit-bureau reports. Pair it with your own lender portals and credit provider.
Does it do in-house (BHPH) financing too?
Yes. If you carry your own paper, the in-house loan servicing — origination, amortization schedules, payments, and delinquency — lives in the same platform. See the Buy Here Pay Here software page for the details.
