Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can set up your lot before you commit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your in-app billing settings. You can move to a smaller plan once your dealership is within its limits, such as vehicles in stock, team members and locations, and the billing page shows what to remove first. Plan changes take effect right away, and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No. There are no setup fees; you only pay your monthly or annual subscription.
Is the website included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes a fast, SEO-ready dealer website with shopper chat, on a free autodealer.io subdomain. Connecting your own domain is included with Pro and Max. On Max you can also remove the Powered by AutoDealer.io link from your website footer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual) and you can cancel whenever you need to, with no long-term contract.
What is the AI usage limit?
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. It covers your staff assistant, the shopper chat on your website, reading and styling photos, the 360 view, and market price checks. Higher plans include more. If you use it all, the AI features pause until the 1st of the next month or until you move to a larger plan, and the rest of the platform keeps working.
Which plan includes the books and bank connections?
Every plan can read the Books area, including the Profit & Loss and the Balance Sheet. Recording your own expenses and journal entries, adding your own accounts, and connecting your bank are on Pro and Max.
