These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoDealer.io, provided by NavoTech LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AutoDealer.io provides dealer management software, including inventory, CRM, document management, a public dealer website, and AI assistants. We may update or improve features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights when using the service.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other dealers or to disrupt the platform.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing settings.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the data you collect and how you use it.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software and branding, is owned by NavoTech LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavoTech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NavoTech LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
